Refund and Exchange Policy
Requests for refunds on tickets will be accepted up until the day before the performance in question. We HIGHLY suggest that you take advantage of Refund Protection on your tickets so that if you are unable to make the show for whatever reason, you will be fully refunded and The Company will still receive those funds!
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (The Company Theatre).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
